Things I am loving...

I wholeheartedly believe that no matter what is happening in your life, there is always something that you can be thankful for... no matter how simple it is. 


Man oh man this week has gone quickly!!


I am loving my the two pairs of shoes I purchased in Wellington.  
My Aunty took Andy and I on a wee tour around Wairarapa and the night before picking us up she told us to wear comfy shoes for walking.  Eeekkkk I only took my black ballet flats (very comfy, even for walking all day) but did not think these were appropriate.  Unfortunately I had to go out and buy some fancy new sneakers!!  (If only sarcasm came through in blogs).
My bright teal Nike shoes are mega comfy and I just love the colour!!!!  

As for the mustard wedges, not only are they a mega cool colour as well they are super comfy and I love wearing them. 
I love the criss cross on the side of them.  

I am loving the New Zealand pillow I purchased on special from The Warehouse (where everyone gets a bargain).  We have a New Zealand/red theme through our house and I thought this was perfect for the couch in our living room.

I am still loving my fancy new camera (featured in last weeks lovings).  Last night I played around with it outside, playing with the zoom and colours etc.  Pickles (our fur baby), Coriander and one of my Burgundy roses (which was taken when it was spitting outside and you can see the rain drops behind the rose.

 

I am loving this recipe for Halloween goodies featured in today's New Zealand Herald.  I am tempted to make them for visiting trick or treaters.  

 

I am also loving that I have lost a total of 5.4kgs in 5 weeks while attending Weight Watchers.  I put on a kg over the holidays (I find it hard without the structure of school bell times).  Although that and a wee bit extra were lost last week.  Woohooo.

And finally I am loving the sunshine. It has been nice to sitting outside with the ladies from work and have a chat at lunch time, walking at night in the sun, playing in the garden in the warmth of the evening sun...  The sunshine makes everyone happier and gives everyone a healthier glow about them.  Bring on summer!!!
